Shop mechanic states timing chain skip on one side of the engine and that causes the engine to backfire and misfire. City does not want to repair.

Straight body, paint is good, headlights are dull, minor scratches and paint chips throughout, rims and tires look good, Knapheide bed in good conditions, amber lightbar on roof, Linex bed protection, good diamond plated bed, vise in rear, tailgate is good, full size hitch, good interior, steering wheel is brittle, dash is good, seats are good, headliner is good, door panels are faded, but good, rubber floor covering torn on drivers side, a/c blows ice cold, nice entry steps, check engine light on, misfiring and backfiring. Brakes feel low. Look at pictures and video.
