Description

Rough shape. Appears to have a bad fuel pump. Missing battery. I hooked up my jump box and motor turns over but no start. I sprayed it with starting fluid and it started right up. Automatic transmission engages. Motor sounds good. AC blows cold. Will need to be towed out of the city lot. This was a full Police unit. All emergency equipment has been removed. All doors and roof appear to have been painted by roller with a thick coat of black paint. Body is straight. Paint is peeling and faded. 4 matching steel wheels. Tires look fair. Headlights are dull. Interior is missing the rear seat. Some panels are loose. Drivers seat is torn. Steering wheel is worn. Will need a good cleaning. Please look at all pictures and video.
