Motor is locked up. Does nothing. Mechanical condition is unknown. Body is straight. Minor dents and scratches all around. This is a K-9 unit. The K-9 cage appears to be in good condition and will be included. Passenger side rear door is dented. Paint looks fair. 4 matching steel wheels. Tires look good. Interior shows normal wear and tear. Drivers seat is torn. Steering wheel is worn. Has lots of dog hair inside. Will need a good cleaning. This one will need to be towed out of the city lot. No mechanical work will be permitted on site.
