Big exhaust leak. It appears someone attempted to cut off the catalytic on this vehicle. One side is completely cut off. Motor sounds good. Start right up but I did not let it run long because of the noise. Automatic transmission engages. Body has lots of rust. Both front doors have rust holes on jambs. One side door does not open. Rear doors open and close as they should but have rust around the jambs. 4 matching steel wheels. Missing all center caps.  Tires look good. Body has dents and scratches all around. Paint is peeling and faded. Interior shows normal wear and tear. Drivers seat has minor tear. Missing headliner. Metal divider and shelf in cargo area. Roof and beam shows lots of rust. This van should be towed out of the city lot. Please look at all pictures and video.
