MDCPS Vehicles (Trucks - Vans - Step Vans - Cars - Scrap Metal & More....) Surplus Items that are no longer needed by the MDCPS, for many possible reasons: Obsolete, Broken, Old, Discontinued, Not Costs Effective, Beyond Repair, or the MDCPS purchased a New one and had to get rid of the Old.
All items are being Auctioned off to the Highest Bidder in (Sold As-Is!) it's present conditions. Winning Bidder's will be responsible for loading, handling and transporting for their winning lot items. Title Transfers are a Must for any motor vehicle or trailer registered to the MDCPS, titles/registrations must be transferred to the winning bidder regardless if he/she is a licensed dealer or a private individual. All Bids are legally binding and Bidders will be held accountable for their Bids. Please do not "BID" if you are in any doubt whatsoever.
