Appears to have a bad alternator. Runs for a few seconds and serpentine belt appears to freeze up. May have a bad pulley. Motor sounds good and transmission Engages. Body has dents and scratches all around. Paint looks rough. It’s peeling and faded. Lots of rust on roof. All doors open and close. All hinges and door jambs are solid. Interior shows wear. Metal divider and shelves are included. Divider door is bent. Interior looks moldy and dirty. Both driver and passenger seats are torn. This vehicle should be towed out of the city lot.
